I set up Real People Recruitment because I was tired of watching good candidates and good employers get lost in a numbers game. We are the new kids on the block, but we have been around for years: over 30 years of collective recruitment experience, and a simple belief in quality over quantity and simplicity over complication.
When you work with us, you work with me. I take the brief, I meet the candidates, I do the interview prep and I make the calls, including the awkward ones. I work flexibly, so you can engage with me how and when it suits you.
I also run Find A Temp, Dublin's marketplace for vetted temporary staff, so if your need is short-term I can usually help with that too.

What areas do you cover?
We are a Dublin recruitment agency and recruit for employers across Dublin city and county, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow, with nationwide placements for specialist roles such as renewables and engineering.
What does it cost to hire through Real People Recruitment?
We charge a single placement fee, agreed with you before we start, payable only when your new hire starts. There are no retainers or advertising costs, and every placement comes with a rebate period.
Do you handle temporary staff as well?
Short-term and temp requirements are handled through our sister platform, Find A Temp, where you can browse and request vetted temporary staff in Dublin. Permanent and contract recruitment is handled here.
How does the charity donation work?
When a candidate we place starts their new role, they nominate a registered Irish charity and we donate a percentage of our placement fee to it. The employer pays nothing extra; it comes out of our fee.
Are you a licensed recruitment agency?
Yes. Real People Recruitment Ltd holds Employment Agency licence EA4386, issued by the Workplace Relations Commission under the Employment Agency Act 1971. Every employment agency operating in Ireland must hold this licence, and you can check ours on the WRC register.
