Sales Executive

One of Ireland's most successful Driving school had contacted Real People Recruitment to ask us to help hire an inside sales executive to join their expanding team based in Finglas.

Due to an increased workload, the company is looking to expand their sales team to help incoming customers with any information they require ahead of their driving test, to book lessons with a qualified instructor ahead of their test.

The main duties of the job will be

• Assisting customers of inbound calls to identify their needs, details of vehicle,test and dates
• Booking times, dates and instructor at address of the customer and arranging details with instructor
• Offering quotes, confirmations and any other information as needed by the customer
• Explaining unique sellin   g point of the company to the potential customer
• Completing call back requests in a timely and professional manner
• Processing credit card payments 
• Following up with customers after lessons have been delivered to see how everything went and try to arrange future lessons
• Ad hoc duties including collecting the training car from locations, covering reception

In order to be shortlisted for this position, you will need

• Experience in dealing with customers over the phone in a customer service or sales environment
• Be flexible and want to help the customers and the team to deliver the best service possible
• A professional telephone manner and office ethic
• A proven track record of exceeding Targets
• Self-motivation and determination to Succeed
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Excellent I.T. skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude with the utmost professionalism is a must!
• Full clean drivers license essential.
