Real People Recruitment are working with an online marketplace company to hire an experienced customer service team leader to join their team.  The company offers an online marketplace to sell large industrial heavy machinery. Think of Ebay, but for Cranes, and cement mixers, and trucks!

The Customer Service Team Lead position is a great way to launch a successful career. Responsibilities of the position

● Answer all customer queries efficiently, politely and directly.

● Log all interactions in the defined Customer Relationship Management system.

● Ensure all follow-up communication is made in a timely manner.

● Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to.

● Stay informed of all system changes that customers may experience.

● Inform customers and transporters of item pickup procedures and guidelines.

● Comprehend, inform and enforce the terms and conditions of the company

● Address all relevant communications or disseminate to the appropriate party.

Who you are

● Computer literate and good command of Microsoft Office. Professional communication skills

and strong business acumen. Team player with leadership abilities

● Highly organized and able to concurrently handle multiple tasks and projects
