Customer Care Specialist with French

The company provides safety equipment for animals which cover wide-ranging innovative products. Training, containment, lifestyle and wellbeing product solutions are available across. You will get the chance to work with other animal lovers and speak to customers every day about pet and animal safety products!

The company is now looking to hire a customer service agent with French to join their large team in Dundalk.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:-

>Answer inbound phone calls/Emails/Faxes from consumers inquiring about  products or services.

>Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency throughout the company.

>Generate revenue through opportunity sales via Order placement.

>Document all contacts in CRM software, verifying customer contact information, place of purchase, product line, product, reason for call and resolution

>Provide excellent customer service through consulting with and offering the best solution to solve the customer’s problem constantly meeting and exceeding customer care standards.

Essential

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French & English

- Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner

- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

- An effective team player.

Desirable

- Previous experience in Customer Care

- Experience with Pets

- The ability to speak and write another European language, particularly German, Italian or Dutch would be an advantage
