HR Generalist

Real People Recruitment are working with a company to help them hire a Standalone HR Generalist required for a regional HR team. Based in Stillorgan, and reporting into the HR Director, you will be supported by a countrywide HR Generalist team and a large company support.

The main duties of the HR Generalist are:-

To provide specialized support, advice and assistance on all employment issues for staff and management of all employees. This role will also include project type work as required by the director of Human Resources. This position involves the performance of duties of a sensitive and confidential nature. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

General areas of responsibility include: 

• Provide guidance, assistance, and support to all levels of Management and other support staff 
• Liaise with the company CEO and other HR Managers for all Industrial Relations/Employee Relations issues including performance, attendance, conduct, grievances etc.
• Project Management on new HR initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with various stakeholder groups to support the delivery of business objectives; 

PERFORMANCE MEASURES 

• Maintain effective relationships with staff within the company, the stakeholders, and staff in all areas of the business; 
• Carry out duties and responsibilities as mentioned above to an effective and efficient standard; 

In order to be shortlisted for this position, you will need

• Experience in HR including knowldge and experience in employee relations, disciplinaries, and contracts.
• CIPD qualification or suitable/relevant experience.
• A discreet and confidential approach to work with a flexibility to deal with situations as they arise
