Customer service representitive

Real People Recruitment are currently working with a business support company to help them hire Support Professionals who will handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.

Based in Swords, North Dublin, easily accessible by public bus or car, the company are looking for passionate customer service people to help customers for inquiries about their telephone or broadband issues. Full training is provided but you must have a genuine interest in helping customers to be shortlisted.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first class support within a call center environment to customers via telephone
• Achieve and maintain service level statistics
• Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre
• Track & document customer & problem information in call tracking database
• Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
• Promote additional client services

Personal Success Profile:

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Internet, broadband, supported CPE, Telephone equipment, mail clients, web browsers, computer operating systems
• Excellent Customer service skills, a minimum of 1-year customer service experience
