HR Manager / Location - Galway  / Salary - €50,000

Real People Recruitment is working with a company to help them recruit for an HR Manager to join their nationwide team. Located in Galway, you will be implementing HR policies for around 100 members of staff.

Reporting into the CEO, and head of operational development - the HR Manager will be a key part of the management team and will drive the HR agenda, taking the lead on employee relations. You will be supported by an HR business partner and other members of the HR team nationwide.

Key areas include:

• Implementing and maintaining group HR Policies & procedures

• Creating and maintaining a positive people culture.

• People development – appraisals, talent management, succession planning

• Providing HR support and advice to line managers

• Coordinate labor and resource management, absence management

• HR administration, ensuring legal compliance.  

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity with a great company you will require:-

• HR degree preferred or prior experience in an HR role

• Experience as an HRBP or Manager where you were implementing and updating HR policies

• Knowledge of employment legislation

• Knowledge of compensation and benefit structures

• Employee engagement capability
