Real People Recruitment is working with an FMCG company with their European HQ in Dundalk, Co. Louth to help the company hire a German or Dutch speaking Customer care agent for their busy (but friendly) office. They even allow dogs to work in their office!

The company supply pet and animal training and safety products to retailers and wholesalers all over Europe.

The main duties of the role will be

• Helping customers with product inquiries via phone, email, chat platforms

• Follow up on queries within reasonable time frames

• Pricing and order inquiries for lead time on delivery

Requirements:

In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will require

Essential

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or German & English

- Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner

- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills

- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

- An effective team player.

Desirable

- Previous experience in Customer Care

- Experience with Pets

- The ability to speak and write another European language, particularly French or Swedish or Finnish would be an advantage.
